We deliver to Germany as well as to numerous European and international countries. You can find the respective shipping costs and delivery zones in the following overview.

Shipping Costs (including statutory VAT)

Important Note: The shipping cost discount cannot be combined with other promotions or vouchers.

Domestic Deliveries (Germany):

From €100.00 order value: Free shipping (GLS)
Up to €99.99 order value: €4.99 (GLS)
Island Surcharge: For deliveries to German islands, an additional island surcharge of €13.00 will be charged.

International Deliveries:

Italy (Mainland), France, Spain (Limited May Promotion):

Up to €399.99 order value: €13.99 (GLS International)
From €400.00 order value: FREE shipping (Promotion valid until 31/05)

VAT-Free Ordering (Customs / Third Countries)

As a customer from a non-EU country (e.g., Switzerland, Great Britain, or Norway), you can shop with us VAT-free. The prices stated in the online shop initially include German VAT (19%). After entering your billing and shipping address, the net prices will be displayed and calculated during checkout.

Prerequisite for the exemption of German VAT: A valid delivery address in the respective third country.

Delivery Periods

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany takes place within 5 - 7 days, for international deliveries within 2 - 8 business days (GLS International) or 7 - 10 days after conclusion of the contract.

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single combined shipment, unless we have made alternative agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.
For deliveries to third countries (e.g., Switzerland, UK), additional delays may occur due to customs and import regulations, over which we have no influence.
