Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
(A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are not attributable to their commercial or self-employed professional activity.)

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day

- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered together;

- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods, provided that you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately;

- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last partial shipment or last item, provided that you have ordered goods that are delivered in several partial shipments or pieces;

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Artur Freer, Mindener Straße 32, 32278 Kirchlengern, Tel.: +49 (0) 5223 4870580, Email: info@tweeto.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, which is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising if you selected a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days expires.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You must only pay for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary to check their condition, properties, and functioning.

Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts

- for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual choice or decision by the consumer is essential, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
- for the supply of goods that may perish quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded;
- for the supply of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed upon at the conclusion of the contract but which can be delivered no earlier than 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on market fluctuations over which the trader has no influence;
- for the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, except for subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts

- for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal was removed after delivery;
- for the supply of goods which, due to their nature, were inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery;
- for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal was removed after delivery.
