Return

How can I return my order?

After you have registered your return online:

For parcels up to 20 kg, we will provide you a return label.
We charge 4,95€ for it.
For parcels over 20 kg, we charge 15€ per pickup. The packages will be picked up by a parcel service (DPD) at your home.

Prices abroad

For parcels up to 20 kg, we charge 10 €.
For parcels over 20 kg, we charge 30 €

As soon as your return has arrived in our warehouse, it will be checked and we will refund you the purchase price within 14 days.

Why do I have to pay the return shipping costs?

In case of a revoation of the products, the return costs are on the side of the buyer out of consideration for our environment. With this we would like to raise awareness for delivery ways and thus minimize the return ways.

In addition, we save an enormous amount of paper by no longer incliding the return label in every single package, as it produces unnecessary waste if not used.

Please understand that in our case there is a lot of carboard and we therefore increasingly appeal to a conscious ordering.

Accesories

fitted sheet Co- sleeper

Unfortunately, our babies grow way too fast. To save costs we recommend you our fittes sheet MINI for the Co-sleeper. You can use the fitted sheet as usual. Here, the remaining piece is folded over on the straight side and clamped on the round side. This ensures comfort for your baby.

Furniture care

How do I clean my Tweetofurniture pieces?

For the sake of the environment and our children, we have chosen water-based varnish for our furniture. We recomment cleaning it only with a soft, dry cotton cloth. Occasionally, a damp cotton cloth can be used for cleaning.

No cleaners may be used! Pleace note that this will then void the warrenty.

Assembly

Why the wheels don't snap in properly?

The wheels must be securely and firmly attached to the baby crib to prevent them from slipping out of their sockets. Therefore, the wheels must be clamped in with pressure. To do this, the threaded pins must first be attached to the wheels (see p. 17 in the assembly instructions). They are locked when you here a click sound.

Why do I have a space between the side elements?

The reason for this deviation arises when the grub screws (L-04) are not screwed in parallel. They may have been tightened first on one side and then on the other. However, the grub screws must be screwed in as parallel as possible so that the side elements can be pulled together symmetrically with the aid of the connecting rod (L-05).

Why is my bed tipping and not standing firmly on the floor with the Tweeto feet?

The grub screws and bolts of the fastening blocks may be screwed too tightly to the bed frame.

In this case, they must be slightly detached from the bed frame, so that the bed can align with the floor. Then you need to tighten all the screws again.
